仮定法、その他(not to mention)
He felt it would sound highly ungrateful, not to mention childish, to say, 'I wish he'd talked to me, though. Or even looked at me.'

to say が「~などと言ったりすれば」、帰結は、it would sound...。コーテーションの中は、仮定法過去完了。「あの時話しかけてくれていたらなあ」の意味。そのあとはもちろん、(I wish he had) even looked at me.
not to mention A, 「Aは言うまでもなく」の意味。
